Director of Business Architecture
At Unum, Sarah is responsible for ensuring the AI projects she is involved in are understood and functional from a business perspective at regulatory, compliance & operational levels whilst fitting with the requirements of the operational teams.
Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Ger’s main area of work involves working with Unum’s Cloud providers such as AWS and Azure.
Ger works with teams across campuses in Carlow, Ireland and the US (Portland, Chattanooga & Columbia) as well as and with their offshore partners.

The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 requires companies withgreater than 250 employees to report on its gender pay gap across a range of metrics. This is Unum Ireland’s first report as our continued growth brought us across the threshold in 2023.
The analysis in this report is based on the guidelines within the Act, namely the gender pay gap is the difference between the average hourly wage of men and women across the workforce, without differentiation for job, grade or other business factors.
